Sharing your information
AutoTidy operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent mobile valeting professionals.
Before a booking is accepted, valeters may only see limited booking information such as the requested service, vehicle type, general location and available dates. Your name, telephone number, email address and full address are not shared at this stage.
Once a booking is confirmed, the assigned valeter may receive your name, telephone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, uploaded vehicle photographs, booking information and water or electricity availability where necessary to complete the service.
Once a booking is confirmed, customers may receive the valeter’s name, business name, email address and telephone number so both parties can communicate regarding the booking.
We may also share information with trusted third-party providers who help us operate our services, including payment providers, website hosting providers, analytics providers, security services and email delivery services.
We may disclose personal information where required by law or where necessary to protect our legal rights, customers, valeters or the security of our platform.
Independent valeters
Valeters using AutoTidy operate as independent businesses and are responsible for handling customer information in accordance with applicable data protection laws once it has been shared for the purpose of completing a booking.

Deposits and booking fees are securely processed through Stripe.
AutoTidy does not store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security standards.
