What is AutoTidy?
AutoTidy is a leading UK-based platform for booking a mobile valet near you. Simply choose your service, select your preferred dates, and we’ll match you with an approved local valeter who comes to your location.
How does it work?
Book online and choose the dates that suit you. We’ll match your booking with an approved local valeter from our network of 400+ trusted professionals covering 1,500+ locations across the UK. You won’t pay anything unless a valeter accepts your booking.
Do you have valeters near me?
Yes! We have hundreds of trusted valeters covering more than 1,500 cities and towns across the UK.
Do I need to provide water and electricity?
Most of our valeters bring their own water and electricity. However, some may require access to an outdoor tap and a power socket. You can request a valeter who brings their own water and power when booking.
Do I need to provide anything else?
No — just make sure there’s enough space for the valeter to work around the vehicle.
How do I prepare for the valet?
Please remove personal items (e.g. phone holders, child seats, organisers) and ensure enough space around the vehicle for the valeter to work.
Do I need to be present during the valet?
No, you only need to be there to hand over the keys or provide access, and to pay after the valet is completed.
How do I pay for the valet?
You won’t pay anything unless a valeter accepts your booking. Once accepted, you’ll pay a small deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is paid directly to the valeter after the service is completed by cash, bank transfer, or card (if offered by the valeter).
Can I contact the valeter?
Yes. Once a valeter accepts your booking, we’ll provide you with their full contact details, including their name, phone number, and email address.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking at any time before a valeter accepts it, and you won’t be charged. Once a valeter has accepted your booking, you’ll need to contact them directly if you wish to cancel. Please note that cancellation charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
What if you can’t find a valeter?
In the unlikely event we can’t find a valeter for your booking, you won’t be charged and you’re free to submit a new booking with different dates if you’d still like your vehicle valeted.
