In most cases, we’ll match you with a valeter and confirm your booking within a few hours. Occasionally, it may take up to 48 hours to finalise.
You’ll pay a small deposit when booking online, and the remaining balance is paid directly to the valeter in cash.
Yes! Our network of 500+ approved valeters covers over 2,000 towns and cities across the UK, so we’ll find a valeter near you. In the very rare case we can’t, we’ll let you know and refund your deposit.

Certainly. Once your booking has been confirmed, we’ll provide you with your valeter’s name and contact information. If you have any questions or need to reschedule or cancel, simply give them a call or send an email.
No, all of our approved valeters bring their own water and electricity supply.
If your booking hasn’t been confirmed yet, you can cancel directly with us. If it’s already been confirmed, you’ll need to get in touch with the valeter to cancel.
